I stayed here for two nights about three weeks ago, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and I really felt well taken care of. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed a delicious kaiseki dinner, including Wagyu beef and some Jamón Serrano, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was also excellent, with a generous traditional Japanese set meal and many small dishes to enjoy. Everything was beautifully prepared and of very high quality. At first, the price may seem a little high, but after experiencing the service, the meals, and the overall atmosphere, I honestly think it is well worth it. The inn is about a 5, 10-minute walk from the town center, which I actually appreciated because it made the surroundings quieter and more relaxing while still being close enough to reach all the main attractions easily. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kusatsu. Yoann

La maison était grande et traditionnelle. La pièce à vivre était très agréable, bien chouette pour y passer des moments à plusieurs. Le vrai plus le fait d'être "perdu" dans la nature avec un onsen privatif !
