The tatami rooms were very comfortable, the onsen was great, and dinner & breakfast was a delicious kaiseki feast. The owner was also kind enough to drive us to the ski resort nearby. Highly recommended!

Everything. The house is spacious and beautiful. Every need was addressed, they even left us a fresh apple juice in the fridge and a welcome note. Rooms were huge and the beds were really comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys 🧸 and to jump on the small trampoline outside.

Overall Scenery: We greatly enjoyed the view of the villas. Mount Asama was majestic, and the sunrises and sunsets were stunningly beautiful. At night, the lighting was fantastic, especially the area lit up to resemble dandelions near the Sky Spa. Cuisine: The staff were very professional, so the meals were ready while we were chatting. The complimentary drinks were all delicious, and the quality of the meat and vegetables was top-notch. The ravioli and sausages for breakfast were also exquisite. Lounge: We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the interior and the art displayed. The books and photographs provided great conversation starters, and the alcohol flowed, making for a delightful time. Sky Spa: The atmosphere of the open-air jacuzzi was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view.

This was a tastefully designed, classy yet friendly ryokan. My room was Japanese traditional with tatami floors. Every item in it was beautifully designed. My own private hinoki bath on the balcony had a breathtaking view of the hillside and stream below, and the entire time I enjoyed the sound of the water flowing. The food was very good, they served a beautiful kaiseki meal that went on forever (it seemed). At the cafe, they served their house blend coffee called Mori-no-coffee which I enjoyed while sitting in one of their comfy chairs with an art book on my lap. The staff was courteous and nice too, it was truly a perfect day.

L’établissement ANA Holiday Inn Resort Karuizawa by IHG se trouve à Kita-karuizawa, à 34 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Honmachi Machiyakan. The food was great.. the staff was so friendly.. And the free massage after onsen was my favorite😍.. I am surely will go back..😍

Tres bien placé près de la station de ski Marunuma qui grâce à son téléphérique permet de belles randos et notamment le mont Shirane . Nous avons été surclassé par notre hôte que nous remercions. Le chalet est très bien équipé , très propre. Très bon accueil . On recommande .

Situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare JR de Takasaki, l'Hotel 1-2-3 Takasaki possède des chambres avec une connexion Internet par câble gratuite. Accidentially booked a smoking room. It was not a problem to change to a non-smoking room at the woman only floor. The floor was very woman friendly with free woman products (hairband, eye mask, comb etc) and a extensive assortment of badproducts. Breakfast was oriental style. There were free drinks on the second floor, but also vending machines.
