The hotel is in a great location, close to a major department store, other amenities and some landmarks. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing - so many different cuisines and options.

I like how the hotel setup such as shopping mall within property, and the free shuttle from the bus stop or train station. The hotel room is pretty spacious and pretty quiet too. The room in dining is really good. The lunch buffet was great too, and afternoon tea was splendid. FYI all the staff including housekeeping speaks English.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is pretty central to so very easy to travel to other districts. Not to mention a 7Eleven, Cafe and PC bang right around the corner. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, it was what drew me into booking the hotel. The hotel has everything you need, washer and dryer, coffee/tea in the lobby (and your room). The entire hotel is VERY VERY clean and the staff is just exceptional, super friendly, helpful and very kind. Definitely recommend, probably the best hotel I stayed at during my two weeks in S.Korea.
