Everything about this hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was polite, extremely helpful, and we definitely felt like treasured guests. Loved the Nespresso pods for in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. I'm still talking about our stay here!!

I was traveling with my brothers and sister, so having separate rooms and an additional bathroom was important to us. This apartment was a perfect fit. We truly loved the space, the view and location were wonderful. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and immediately makes you feel at home, like living in a luxury city apartment. The staff was incredibly receptive and accommodating. Although there was a small mix-up at the beginning, they resolved it quickly and made sure we had exactly what we needed. Every time I reached out, they responded promptly and were genuinely focused on finding solutions. The convenience of the location was a huge plus, with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores right on the block and across the street. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great value for money, the room was very spacious and had a washer/dryer combo, kitchenette and was very clean. The staff were all super friendly everyday, especially when we had a young kid and infant. They had all the baby facilities like a cot and baby bath tub. Best of all, there's a connecting shop with food and shopping with surprisingly yummy restaurants and out favourite fresh aunty Anne's and milk Bar como. We would definitely come again.
