Everything, this is a fabulous hotel! Staff is outstanding, food is excellent. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. We were there for a week and would have enjoyed staying longer.

So convenient as the hotel offers free bus shuttle no matter which port you are coming to Macau. The bus stop for the public transportation is just in front of the hotel if you want to explore other parts of Macau. And the hotel itself is just amazing. I loved everything about it. Great experience!!!

It is perfectly located at the end of the hotel strip wuere you can walk to all tye other resorts without having to go back and forth. The amenities of the resort are suoerv and tue stuff super kind and always welcoming and extremely helpful with everything.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and really paid attention to all the little details. The facilities were very clean and the food was very good. The french toast at breakfast was delicious. We ate at both the onsite Thai restaurant and the buffet breakfast which were both excellent. They had a very good assortment of both Western and Asian food and the Thai restaurant was authentic and fresh. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I also loved that I could choose my pillow type opting for the Lavender pillow, which really helped me get a good rest. The gym and pool were also excellent and I really appreciated the gym opened early and it helped me get my workout in first so I could go about my day. The staff were so attentive and helpful, making the gym and pool a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

The staff is so polite, friendly and accommodating that i immediately felt good about everything. The room is beautiful. I truly enjoy the steam and sauna. Sad that i do not have time for the jacuzzi tub. Will sure to return.
