From the moment we arrived, the service at the Front Office was outstanding. Ali and Faisal were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. They went the extra mile by upgrading us to a Junior Suite, which made our family stay even more comfortable. Their attitude, efficiency, and genuine care deserve special recognition. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, offering ample space for a family and a high level of comfort. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh and well presented, making mornings enjoyable for both adults and children. The swimming pool area was fantastic, with warm water and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Parking was very convenient, and the location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to key areas in Riyadh. Overall, this was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and business travelers alike, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh. Thank you to the entire team — and special thanks again to Ali and Faisal for making our stay exceptional.

Great hotel, friendly staff (like all Saudi people we cane across). The pool was being renovated so couldn’t access it unfortunately.

Location next to King Fahad National library and Metro station of the same name. Excellent senior Moroccan chef making some impressive homemade dishes.

Definitely one of the best in Riyadh. Especially valuable how they treat you when you just crossing the hotel door and till the last moment of your check out. Perfect, silent, comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic and very kind staff. The breakfast was excellent — rich and high quality. Room service was impeccable, both in quality and speed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not far from the airport, a 15-minute walk to the exhibition hall, business guests are very convenient, the hotel service is good, clean and tidy, breakfast can be more abundant would be better.

Modern hotel with all the amenities in wonderful location close to shopping and restaurants. The gym and spa were truly amazing. The sauna, jacuzzi and spa amenities were one of the best and truly made the stay enjoyable and the gym and spa open 24h.
