My wife, daughter, and I stayed at Centara in May. The view is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The staff was incredible. They greeted us at the pier and helped us get around to the other side of the island despite the fact that I didn’t schedule anything with them ahead of time. When we got to the report, they greeted us with eucalyptus towels and fresh juice. They were extremely accommodating. The chef Umed came out at every meal to talk with us and make sure everything was good with our meal. He always made it clear to let us know if there was something else we’d like that wasn’t on the menu or at the breakfast buffet. He also offered to make fresh purées or any other food we needed for our baby. The breakfast, by the way, was the best I’ve ever had at a resort or hotel. It was absolutely phenomenal. The dining staff were equally friendly, and we made friends with most of them. The lobby staff was also incredible. Hosanna and her team were so friendly and helpful, always making time to talk with us and play with our baby when we walked through. We had such a great time getting to know them. Ruk and the recreation crew were super kind and helped me get out on a kayak one of the days. He was such a friendly guy. The GM Ning was a joy to see every day, and she does an excellent job. She was so friendly to us and even got our daughter a stuffed elephant before we left. She also gave us some free printed pictures of our family. The stay was incredible down to every detail. We will definitely be back. I don’t have everyone’s names, but I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I could think of: Tarn, Non, Light, Faa, Bob, Jack, Noey, Chaba, Jasmin, Ex, Joy, and Roh. We had such a great time, thank you for such a great stay!
