All meals/ options were amazing, choice was great, even the paid restaurants on site were of a high std especially the Saffron turkish restaurant, was exceptional as was all the staff in all areas of the hotel.

This was our second visit the the Andiz, we loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint the second time. I’m literally going to say what everyone else says, the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family, a lot of guests are returning so you know people already. It really is a special hotel with such a relaxed feeling. Savas the manager walks round the whole hotel all day long, chatting with the guests and making people feel comfortable. Halit runs his bar so well, always a hub for a good chin wag and a cocktail. I could write about every member of staff but they are all very good at their job and that starts at the top and filters down. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, drinks good, location great for a walk on the prom or a walk into Side. Roof top bar is a great place to watch the sunset and there is a new terrace bar with beautiful palms and ambient lighting where you can sit by day and bask in the sunshine or have pre/post dinner drinks. We had a massage package this year, very good, can highly recommend. To sum up from a fussy traveller, it’s fabulous!

Upon arrival we have been upgraded from Aishen Club standard room to SELIN Beach House which was 2 categories higher. The entire area of all hotels is beautiful and well kept. Food is on high level and more then you need. Selection of bars and drinks is huge. During the day there is a lot of activities so the is no room for you to get board. Beach is wide and long with cleaning service and bars + is hotel property with free service. WIFI is strong in every area - on the beach was as good as in the main building. Staff is very friendly and speaks English or German. This was our best hotel and vacation so far. April, May and September are the best months to visit here as it is not so hot and there is not full occupancy. Highly recommend this 5 star property. Regards from Lukasz and Monika. Stayed in December in two rooms apartment with sea view. Apartment is warm, cleaned every day, mini bar filled as well with all inclusive. Wifi is strong. Plenty towels, water, bathroom toiletries. Beds are massive and comfy, plenty space. View is amazing, especially you can make coffee in the room and relax on the balcony. The food was good, nice variety every day, even off season just main restaurant opened but it was enough for sure. Cafe by the pool serves nice waffles and coffee all included. Small shops and barber next door, if no car it's handy but otherwise can get better deals in Side or Alanya, even in town we found good few bazar. Cocktails and snacks in main bar very tasty opened all day. Used spa a lot and hammam wonderful experience, booked extra massage with peeling and foam was great. Staff is attentive and friendly, but sometimes you see they are there all day and might be tired or not remembering they met you the day before, kind of same chats everyday which is understandable with such large volume of guests. Some evening they were a bit pushy to participate in karaoke ect.. However every day entertainment was good, live music, bingo, shows. They made us Xmas eve dinner in function room and night shows and live music it was nice. There is outdoor activities, shooting, zumba, table tennis, even kids indoor area. The hotel is great off season but in summer it must be packed especially the other two are open and use their facilities. I would go back again, as they have beach bars, restaurants and more pools and would love to try them out for sure as they open when season starts. The resort is very safe, security at entrance and by the beach, and big car park with attentive reception. The only thing was the electricity was going off for short periods, but I experienced the same in Fethiye few days later. Highly recommend this place, for my first time visit in Turkey it was definitely the highlight for us!

Everything was amazing, and we had a wonderful time. Food was perfect and delicious as well. Swimming pools are just perfect for all ages. Seeing all the lifeguards and how they were taking good care of everything made us feel happy as well. Staff was amazing Murat the waitress at dinner he was so nice to us and there was Zaynb who was Welcoming us to dinner everyday her smile as we say Mashhalh very beautiful and always looked happy.

An excellent hotel for a family, the staff is polite and smiling (Elizabeth in the bar is wonderful girl). Excellent location and close to the beach (about 10 min to walk), but there is a shuttle bus every 30 min to the private beach. The food is varied and suitable for children, a lot of vegetables and fruits, seafood and meat, there is a show program in the evening. Free WIFI - all hotel area, very good. There is 3 water slides, which also opened for kids. Restaurant staff 10/10, friendly and polite. I booked standard room, but it was upgraded to family for free. AIR condition in the room working good. We had late check-in, so I wrote before coming for night snack and they made it also. I booked taxi to hotel for myself by booking.com (From Antalya airport to Hotel standart 38e one way for 3 per, was upgraded also to mercedes vito for free).

The Friday night Masquerade party night entertainment was spectacular with superb support from the animation team particularly Hasan and Halil helped dance the night away mixing with everyone. The pool loungers were plentiful and clean, the pool bar staff very attentive big thanks to Mehmet for his expertise in mixing cocktails. We enjoyed the Spa centre too although only one time. Finally the restaurants were spotlessly clean and the choice and quality of food second to none.

Great stay, room a little tired, but nothing to really complain of, but comfortable made up for in space and much better than I imagined, 3 great balconies and loads of storage space , comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, great dressing room as well, mini bars x 2. Resort is huge , swimming pools fantastic and so much to do.Al a cartes amazing, beach fantastic, so many great facilities
