It was a super resort.The staff was very helpful and also the guest relation . All three of the hotels had a great maintenance. The food was super tasty and you had a variety of food to choose. The waterpark and pools were great and also the beach. The entertainment team did a very good job, I can remember Can with who my sons played dart and also gave them a certificate as winner😀,my sons really liked him. The room was great and the cleaning of the room was done regularly. I would highly recommend this resort.

We liked everything about the hotel: the area, infrastructure, pools. Special thanks for the food cause it was always different and there were many healthy options for kids. Beach was 10 min walk and it had all the facilities.

Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need. - very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in. - Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert). - Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area. - Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-) - Nice and good quality hammam

The bath was leaking which caused an accident the bathroom ceiling light was falling out, and at times there was no water or electricity in the hotel and the lights in the hotel room were flickering. Due to the rain, the hotel corridors were leaking, with buckets and towels placed around to catch the water. Even after the rain stopped, the puddles were left unmopped for an entire week. The food was cold, looked nothing like the pictures, and didn’t taste good. There was also a very limited selection of cocktails. The only upside to this hotel is the staff especially the entertainment staff. Very friendly and welcoming will go out of their way to help you.

The Friday night Masquerade party night entertainment was spectacular with superb support from the animation team particularly Hasan and Halil helped dance the night away mixing with everyone. The pool loungers were plentiful and clean, the pool bar staff very attentive big thanks to Mehmet for his expertise in mixing cocktails. We enjoyed the Spa centre too although only one time. Finally the restaurants were spotlessly clean and the choice and quality of food second to none.

Great stay, room a little tired, but nothing to really complain of, but comfortable made up for in space and much better than I imagined, 3 great balconies and loads of storage space , comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, great dressing room as well, mini bars x 2. Resort is huge , swimming pools fantastic and so much to do.Al a cartes amazing, beach fantastic, so many great facilities
