This is our second time with me and my family coming to The Hamptons. Good customer service quality Care clean rooms and really good breakfast. Very quiet hallways nice beds. Nice gym and pool the cooks are nice and friendly. This is our family hotel when we like to get away.

I liked the way the room was set and the anticipation of what the guests would need for their use in a King studio I also liked the option of having to do my own laundry by providing a guest laundry room. I was grateful for the fact that I was provided with enough clean towels and that the staff came to clean up the room and empty trash cans regularly.
