The staff was bright, friendly and welcoming. It was close to a lot of amenities I needed access to. Plenty of provisions to make the stay comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfection.

We enjoyed visiting with the lady Donna whom grew up in harbor springs and treated us so kind.

Rooms are very comfortable, we booked one with fireplace. Breakfast is very good. Harbor Springs is where we like to start our trip through the Tunnel of Trees from every year.

Very large apartment. Great bathroom with jacuzzi. Did not use the fitness center or pool but many would consider it a plus. There was someone at the front desk during the day to answer questions. Comfortable bed.
