From walking in and checking in to leaving and checking out. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rather spacious. They provided adequate towels and everything smelled very clean, the sheets, towels, and room. Great value for money - really clean hotel with great amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Beds were comfortable and customer service was great. We were very grateful to staff for arranging connecting rooms as well as a baby crib and roll-away cot for our 1 and 3 year olds. There was a wonderful Indian wedding going on during our stay, and we weren't at all disturbed by noise from the festivities.
