Stumbled upon this and turned out it was beyond our expectations. We had a very pleasant short stay with nice atmosphere and good food. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The location is perfect it’s super close to a dock where we took a ferryboat to explore the river. Definitely coming back next time!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel and ended up booking an extra two nights here! We got a sleeper bus from ha giang after doing the loop and it was the perfect place to relax after an intense four days! The beds are large and extremely comfortable! The breakfast was gorgeous, they have a menu they have you fill in when you arrive for what you would like during your stay and make it fresh for you in the morning, the staff are very lovely and always smiling! It is right in the centre and we even rented bicycles from them to explore the rice fields (also very close by) the shower was hot and powerful and the room was very large with a little balcony! Will definitely be recommending to friends heading to ninh binh!

This was a great stay for us. The room was really big and just like advertised on booking. Bed super comfortable and big bathroom. No noise from the street :) Phuc at reception was always incredibly helpful and friendly, really makes a difference!! Location is great, very central but also in a street tucked away so it doesn’t feel too intense. Overall would really recommend

Modern homestay with big rooms and a big bathroom in a calm area. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Laundry on site which was done super fast (we dropped it in the evening and got it back in the morning). Nice view to the paddy fields. Water dispenser on site. First they didn't understand why we didn't have breakfast – we are vegan and the options were always with egg – but on the last evening the lady came and asked us via Google Translate and we got vegan Pho in the morning.

I’m not even sure where to start - I absolutely loved this hotel, and I tend to have quite high standards. Everything was clean, comfortable, cosy, and private, while still feeling spacious. Even the small details stood out, from the bathroom products to the mosquito net and linens. We were on our honeymoon, and the room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, which made it even more special. The hotel grounds are stunning, with gorgeous views and a very tranquil atmosphere. There's an inner pond with fish in it, plenty of birds and butterflies flying around - I felt like in Disney movie. The pool is excellent, with varying depths - something you don’t often find in smaller hotels. The spa was also fantastic. I had a foot soak and a deep tissue massage, both of which were outstanding. As someone who loves spas and has plenty of experience, I was particularly impressed - it was the first time I’d experienced a herbal eye compress during a treatment, and it was a lovely touch. The spa room was a tad too warm for my preference, but I quickly forgot about it. The food was exceptional as well - easily the best we had across the four hotels we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The menu offered a great variety, with a mix of Asian and European options, and everything we tried was of a very high standard. I loved their kumquat juice, mung bean doughnuts, rice porridge and fresh fruits. I wish I had more of it during the stay! Lastly, staff was excellent - very friendly and polite, while also maintaining the distance to ensure you had your privacy.

Huge spacious bright room, big windows with black out blinds. Such a peaceful location. Lovely restaurants within minutes of stepping out of the home stay. Very clean and feels brand new. Comfortable beds. Perfect location for exploring Trang An, Hang Mua, surrounding areas. We borrowed bikes to ride to Hang Mua, as not far at all. If you don’t want to stay in the cities of Ninh Binh or Tam Coc, I highly recommend here.
