The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Rania, the Guest Relationship Manager. She is an incredibly kind, warm, and genuine person who truly cares about the guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I was given a beautiful room with an amazing view, everything was spotless and brand new, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel feels very cozy and thoughtfully designed — I truly felt at home here. The entire team was super friendly and welcoming, which is something you don’t always experience in large hotel chains. This stay gave me a 100% “home away from home” feeling. I can’t wait to come back again and again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Rixos Abu Dhabi is a big, luxurious hotel right by the beach, offering full facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurants are excellent, the swimming pool is spacious and inviting, and the overall vibe is perfect for relaxation. Our room was well-equipped with high-quality amenities, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view. We were also provided with an extra bed, making it ideal for our family of four. Rixos Abu Dhabi truly exceeded our expectations! The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of fruits and fresh bakery items to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We visited during Christmas and were delighted to find candy canes included in the room amenities. When we asked for an extra one at the breakfast line for our kids, the staff went out of their way to coordinate and provide another. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture! Overall, it was a memorable stay filled with small, meaningful touches. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again! The stay was definitely worth the money, and we left with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back again!
