The Italian restaurant was also noteworthy, with impressive service that exceeded expectations. My room was spacious, with an enormous bathroom that was a delight to use. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. Even the lobby front office manager, Ibrahim, took the time to offer us tea while we waited, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
