From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and at home. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable every single day. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff – they were truly professional, polite, always smiling, and went out of their way to be helpful. Whether it was assistance with recommendations, poolside service, or anything else, they made us feel valued and cared for. The hotel's unique art theme added a special touch, with beautiful pieces throughout the lobby and property. Our room was comfortable and clean, the pool area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby beaches like Palm Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable!

If there is a desire for a home away from home experience, BaySide is an excellent choice. Stan, the owner, is an amazing host and goes beyond the call of duty to ensure a comfortable stay. At BaySide, getting to town is a mere ten minute walk but if this seems alot, then you could take advantage of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Did I mention the view? No I didnt! Had I not, then this review would incomplete. The view of the Bay is immaculate! Will definitely repeat!

El Conde De Atrini mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan bar di Santo Domingo. This is the only place I'll stay in Santo Domingo. It's right in the middle of the Colonial Zone which is safe to walk around day and night for tourists. The rooftop view is STUNNING and I caught the sunrise and sunset each day. The kitchen is huge and modern and was a pleasure to cook in - just make sure to ask for a cutting knife if you need :)

We really enjoyed everything. It was the ideal accommodation for a short city stay. The hotel itself was perfect, very well equipped, very clean, with the loveliest and most helpful staff. Shout out to Kamal, who went off his way to provide a good stay - from the communication prior arrival with clear instructions on everything, the comprehensive list of things to do, the spot on restaurant suggestions, and lastly but not least, the delicious breakfast he prepared fresh, every morning! We are non meat eaters, and every morning he replaced meat elements by something else we could eat, even though we did not ask for that. The location of the hotel is bang on the center of the colonial district, on the buzzing, car free, Calle el Conde. This allowed us to explore everything on foot, which was great.
