It is in the center of all the best restaurants and tour companies. The most important museum is only a few blocks away. The building looked like an old hotel, changed into an individual apartment. It has Ushuaia ambience. The quick response from the manager when something was missing from the property.

This is a great apartment. We stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas 2023 before we headed on a cruise to Antarctica etc. Well set up with two bedrooms, large bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Fast Wifi. We'd already been travelling for a couple of weeks - so the washing machine was handy. Good heating system. Excellent communications from Paolo - and Pablo let us with the keys and instructions. He also helped us by calling for a taxi on departure. We paid by credit card as Pablo had a portable terminal. Safe and secure apartment in block of seemingly residential apartments. We left a rental car parked on the street outside with no problems. A short walk into the main street - but note that it's steep with some stairs.
