Although the hotel is quite spacious, the way it’s laid out gives it a cozy, almost boutique feel. The wellness area is truly exceptional. We especially appreciated the textile-free zone and were pleasantly surprised by how respectfully other guests behaved — it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities cater equally well to those seeking an active holiday or pure relaxation. We loved that you can borrow bikes, trekking poles, and backpacks — we took advantage of the bike rental and everything was in perfect condition and super easy to arrange. All in all, this is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at — and we travel a lot. Highly recommended!

It is a beautifully designed apartment, spacious, cozy, and containing everything you need to cook food and have a comfortable stay - from dishwasher to air fryer. The garden was beautiful and peaceful, and had everything from cozy nooks to relax to a hot tub and a sauna, and two swimming ponds. We had BBQ in the garden under wild grapes. It was so relaxing. And thank you for the owners to help us with starting the grill!

Everything was exceptional. Especially 5 different types of saunas and the sauna with a mountain view. The food was great, staff was lovely and helpful.

Jürgen Scholer really treated us as if we were his family. He was the one turning the hotel dining room into our home dining table. Moreover, we booked the full board option, and what impressed us the most is that every meal presented itself with different dishes, different flavors, yet with respect for its Austrian origins. The room was spacious and warm. The spa was relaxing.

Luxueus binnen - en buitenzwembad. Zeer ontspannend. Met mooie ligzetels en prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Kwam niets te kort. Locatie was top. Uitzicht op de Achensee vanuit de kamer en het zwembad.

Chalet Pino is very comfortable, it was bigger than we expected, very clean and beautifully finished. We felt immediately relaxed, as it felt like a home. It already looked great in the pictures on booking, but Pino exceeded all our expectations. Garden was lovely as well. Everything we needed was within walking distance.
