The hotel staff are exceptionally nice and welcoming, we stayed 6 nights together with our kid. A baby crib was arranged in advance before we arrived the room. Room is spacious with spectaculars river/habour view. We tried their in-room dining, canteen and lounge bar on 80/F and their swimming pool, everything is perfect especially their in-room dining service. If i have to point out one thing that is less enjoyable, it is their canteen staff…. We went their for breakfast for 2-3 times during our stay, there seem have quite a few trainees serving clients, they can’t understand or take our order accurately, they missed orders and gave me impression of disordered.. It’s okay to give trainees on-site working experience, but better to be supervised by experienced staff to prevent giving customers unenjoyable experience.

Obiekt Melbourne City Apartment Hotel jest usytuowany w znakomitej lokalizacji w centrum miejscowości Melbourne i oferuje odkryty basen, bezpłatne Wi-Fi oraz ogród. the property is fantastic. i was late to reply my messages but staff knew exactly what i requested for. 2 single bed on each room and got it on standby on my arrival incase i needed them. the staff were super friendly upon my check in, and also upon my check out i had some issues with my left over things, the receptionist also did more than just helping me retrieve it back. cause her bit of inconveniences but she helped. we were very grateful. the location is superb! bus station just 2 mins away. the bed is the comfiest bed i slept on. the aircon was good. all the amenties in the kitchen is provided ! each room is equipped with large TV. Wifi is GOOD. the bathroom is clean and even provides a nice body wash lemongrass smell which is so relaxing. the lift was good as well. Everything is perfect and i enjoyed my stay very much. they even provide dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and detergent. Everything i need is there we also walked all the way to Queens Victoria Market.

Hepburn at Hepburn offers luxurious, self-contained one-bedroom spa villas located in a secluded sanctuary. It was clean spacious and very modern. Staff were fantastic. Wonderful fireplace. Everything we needed. Huge spa bath. Easy parking. Very peaceful. Loved watching the birds from our balcony.

Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi. Guests have access to a heated swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre. We didn't have breakfast. However, we liked the fact that you have a great restaurant in site and we could just walk straight to our room. The food was good and service was great.

The staff are very friendly from reception to door men to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was of rich selections and the quality of food is so good. Rooms are spacious and with great views. We watched the hot ballon fly over in the morning.

He even went extra mile to check with us to ensure everything is ok especially handling of the keys by reception. The apartment is well maintained, clean and tidy with cooking facilities. Great view of city high monuments from balcony. Highly recommended for all travelers.
