I spent six nights here and had a wonderful experience. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the start. The hostess was particularly helpful, giving me some excellent advice on the best places to visit in Diest and the surrounding area, which really helped me make the most of my trip. My room was great, very modern interior and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I really appreciated the huge variety of tea and coffee provided in the room, and getting to try the local beer from Diest was a lovely touch! One highlight has to be the breakfast; it was phenomenal. Each morning brought a different surprise, with everything from pancakes and bacon to a great selection of cheeses. Also, meeting their three dogs and two cats was wonderful. They were so friendly and incredibly quiet. It was the perfect, relaxing base for my week.
