The room was spacious and super comfortable—perfect for a family. It’s very kid-friendly, which made everything easier. The spa was amazing, and the views of the majestic mountains were simply stunning. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and had that comforting, homemade taste. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

Dobrinishte'de yer alan Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort adlı modern otel, Bansko'ya sadece 6 km uzaklıktadır. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... We had great stay there, family with two boys(10 and 5). The hotel is clean, warm, there are fun things for the kids, the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff was so polite and willing to help. The food in the reatorant (a la carte) was great. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly. It looks like they care for everything in a very professional way and nothing is left on improvisation. 10 / 10 for sure!!!

The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria). Thank you, guys, for your hospitality ❤️

Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place.
