A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Nature Our family of four (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is truly one of the best in the area. Nestled in the forest and surrounded by breathtaking nature, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional – every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, it was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this type. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel when we visit the area again. Just a few additional notes for future guests: • There are no air conditioners in the rooms. • The mattresses are quite soft (for our family). • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overall, none of these points were an issue for us, but they are good to be aware of when planning your stay.

The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is nice but machine-made coffee is probably not to everybody's taste - I suggest you order a regular coffee directly to the staff. I enjoyed the SPA and the pools.

Featuring a restaurant on site, Villa Ema offers a sauna and a hot tub as well as ski-to-door access and ski storage facility; free WiFi is provided and free parking on site as well. Great location, only 15 min away from the lift. The place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a nice.
