Clean and tidy property with spacious rooms and great views. Staff at reception was very polite and helpful! The breakfast was very tasty with a good variety and with proper (espresso) coffee available. Scrambled eggs were prepared perfectly - very rare event in a hotel environment.

Set in Pamporovo and 350 metres away from the nearest ski lift, Sunny Hills Ski&Wellness boasts a barbecue and surcharge wellness centre. Fantastic! The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

If you want to have an absolutely wonderful experience, stay here! The family are so welcoming, the area is absolutely beautiful and the food is delicious. It's such a peaceful place with great balcony and outside space, a jacuzzi with a view of the trees and mountains, and a cozy room upstairs with a fireplace. We even saw a live performance of traditional Bulgarian bagpipes and danced around. One of the best places we ever stayed.

The location of that hotel simply tops out everything. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Anything that comes out of the restaurant or the bar was great.
