Amazing hotel right at the lifts and ski school. The hotel rooms and it's amenities are beyond expectations. The hotel has activities for adults and kids all day long and at evening as well. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and other services. The food was great too and the staff was super supporting and accommodating during our stay. Me and kids had a blast and can't wait to come back!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The manager was extremely kind and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spotless. There is convenient parking available as well as reliable Wi‑Fi. I highly recommend this place.

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

The hotel is located in a very quiet village. The style of the hotel was modern and cozy. You can see that there was a lot of attention put in every detail.

In the rooms smells like fresh and new. The SPA and pools are great. The whole team is very kind. The food in the restautant is exquisite. The view from the hotel to Tsari Mali Grad is impressive. We had a wonderful experience.

Great and warm homey huts. The furniture and interior decoration are delicate in traditional style. The host families are very kind and hospitable. We took a horseback riding tour. That was great. Being explained clearly, the horses are tamed, which made us feel released without any experience. While riding, the host kept an eye on us. Riding freely and independently in the nice greenery forest was amazing. Their breakfast with additional charges was great and worthy.
