Starting with the reception team, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. A special thank you to Daniel, who warmly welcomed me on my first day, 24th December 2025, and immediately made me feel at home. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Luiz, who is responsible for security and guest safety. His presence and professionalism gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. My heartfelt thanks go to Lucilene, who with so much care and kindness always left my room spotless and in impeccable condition — truly outstanding service. A big thank you to Paulo from the kitchen service, who prepared the most delicious salad for me one evening — it was unforgettable. I would also like to thank Cesar, Ferreira, Viviane, Suellen, Carlos, Nagila, Roberto, and Edson for all the care, support, and assistance they provided during my stay. And of course, I cannot forget to thank the entire team for the lovely breakfast every morning, which was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The room was amazing - modern, stylish, and clearly designed with a lot of thought and care. The shower had great pressure, the jacuzzi was a blast, and everything was spotless. Even with our short stay, we had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Luis was a great host, very communicative and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The building was beautiful, and although the weather kept us from using the pool, it looked incredible and the view from the top was lovely. The location was super convenient as well. We also really appreciated the thoughtful surprise gift. We’d definitely recommend staying here!
