The views, cleanliness and how spacious it was. The atmosphere was great, the food was really good, and there was great entertainment for kids! The rooms were large enough, with excellent shower, beds and pillows. Restaurant hours were very convenient, the restaurant, valet and room service were great.

The hostel is fantastic; it is centrally located and there are many wonderful places to visit within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, offering healthy options, and the staff members were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning here next time!

Great location for exploring Gramado and beautiful hotel grounds (even has some resident bunnies and ducks!). I am not a tea person, but i definitely invite everyone to try their complimentary tea at the reception, it is amazing! For sure will come back whenever we are in Gramado!
