It was amazing !!!!!!!! I liked it Room 617 very beautiful view!! The staff was good!! At the reception I don’t remember the name, but we got a free room upgrade — it was such a pleasant surprise! The view from the room was amazing!!! Everything was very clean! It’s about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the funicular (CAD 7 round trip). Only 5 minutes to the casino. About 17 minutes on foot to the city center (Uber costs around CAD 12). The pool is just awesome! It’s open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The bartender/waitstaff -alumna ( I may of got the name wrong) friendly , helpful enjoyable to talk with. The desk personnel were awesome , helpful enjoyable.When there was trouble with getting a pop out of a vending machine he gave me can of coke .( there is nothing like a coke). Also we needed a room change . It was done rather quickly. We always liked holiday inn express.food was good

A 15 minute walk to the world-famous Canadian Horseshoe Falls and offering on-site tour assistance to surrounding area attractions, this Niagara Falls, Ontario hotel features comfortable... We got a room facing the falls and we were able to see the fireworks from our room at night. Nice bonus! Wide room, comfy beds, just a step away from Clifton Hill and all its fun.

"The resort... It was fun for the kids the staff in the water area were excellent, my daughter was scared of heights and the water slides and they were so friendly understanding and encouraging! She did end up doing all the slides but there patient's with her was so great!!
