Very cozy and clean. Loved that our room had 2 bathrooms and 3 beds, and was so spacious, with a private balcony. The pool and hot tub was nice, as well as the billiards room. Overall a very relaxing stay.

There is a lot of space in the room and the layout of the room is fun. I liked the bedroom being separated from the rest of the room, and that there were 2 bathrooms. The little kitchen was great, it had everything we needed. The room was very clean and beautiful. The surroundings are beautiful and it's nice that each room has access to a balcony. I liked the rustic style of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is a very relaxing hotel. I had high expectations and they were all surpassed.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and appreciated the design of the space that felt both cozy and spacious. The hot tub worked very well to maintain temperature and was very relaxing after a day on the slopes. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

Great hotel to stay at in the center of downtown Montreal. It's right next to the Bell Centre and some famous restaurants like Okeya Kyujiro. Everything from the reception, lobby, room and facilities are great as well. I highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup that you can't easily find in other hotels.

The overall room was great, the tub in the bedroom was spacious and really fun to play in and relax in. The bed was firm but not too hard it was very enjoyable. The floor in the hallway to the room and the room itself was extremely clean. The bathroom was comfortable, no issues with the shower, sink or toilet. The staff was very friendly and helpful if questions were asked. The restaurants nearby were great and the food was filling.

I liked that the room had 2 chairs - one for each of us, the jacuzzi was very relaxing, the bathroom was nice, the space of the room was large enough and housekeeping provided us with fresh towels and even made our bed, which wasn't necessary but thoughtful.
