Everything. Room was comfortable and quiet with a view over the spa area. The spas and sauna were great. The restaurant was very good and they were able to accommodate us despite not having made a reservation. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Located in Sherbrooke, 2.8 km from Université de Sherbrooke Stadium, OTL Gouverneur Sherbrooke has a fitness centre and garden. The hotel offers a steakhouse restaurant and a terrace. This hotel is genuinely excellent. Whoever manages it, knows exactly what high class hospitality means. Some may argue that a some things are not perfect (see my list below) but all the rest tops it up 100%. Very comfortable, functional and practical set up. Liked that the rooms where on two different floors.

A real gem. Very kind hosts, really good sauna/jacuzzi. You feel and see that the hosts are taking care of the property with a lot of love and considerate of society/environment. Breakfast was included. Would propose to also include a muesli/porridge option to the available breakfast options (current options: different egg breakfasts, French toast, bagel and crepe for kids).

We adored our room up in the tree, complete with a beautiful, spacious terrace. The views were amazing and it was so peaceful. We just loved the space. The outdoor jacuzzi is a great addition, and the garden is really peaceful. You can sit by the lake and watch the changing colours and the beavers swimming around. We just loved it!

Pretty well everything. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean and quiet. The hot tub was a nice perk.

The location was superb with a balcony overlooking the lake and within walking distance of the park and centre of town. Jessica the host was easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

The interiors of the entire place were exceptional and modern. The place has been tastefully renovated and upgraded to meet the modern vibe!! The open kitchen is something which makes this a better option than B&Bs!!! The rooms and bathrooms were clean, well stocked and they also had a blow dryer and laundry machine installed for use. Its a home away from home.
