I had such amazing conversations with the staff members here. It's clear how much they also love the outdoors and their passion for the Alps. The hotel has great modern facilities. It smell cleans and nice all the time. The view was fantastic. I'd stay here again if I return to Grindelwald 100%.

Offering a garden and garden view, Spring Inn Apartments is set in Meiringen, 14 km from Giessbachfälle and 46 km from Grindelwald Terminal. The location is very quiet and peaceful. There is a playground where my children enjoyed a lot. The view is amazing on three sides, each facing beautiful waterfalls. This was my first time visiting Switzerland, and the accommodation made the experience excellent. The host was also kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. View and breakfast were AMAZING! Truly—my wife said the breakfast was the best she has ever had. The guest services and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Went above and beyond at all times. Would come back anytime, and likely will!

Situated right at the bank of the well-known Blausee lake with its crystal-clear blue water, this hotel features a gourmet restaurant offering trout and other delicious treats. The room was beautiful and the view was incredible. The ability to sit on the balcony over the lake and full view of the snowy mountains was very special. The bathroom was nicely warm especially after a shower, it’s this little things like this that elevated the room experience. The staff were wonderful, offering advice on locations like a waterfall that wasn’t overrun by tourists, this waterfall was a great recommendation by staff! The food was exceptional, the chef of our dinner meal knows high quality. Every detail about the hotel, staff and surrounding nature park was inviting and lovely. Jumping on the bus was so easy to navigate to the next towns. Would recommend!

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. Best location and great services. What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. Very attentive staff They also let you use the swimming pool after check out. Room was very clean Breakfast buffet was very good
