Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service.
