We loved the place, the bounty beach room was exceptional and the resorptions were very supportive they even make very nice food, definitely recommend the place and for sure i will go back again

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapimag Interlaken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

So clean, the spa was fabulous. I really appreciated the price. They did everything possible to accommodate our group. They even accommodated us for an earlier breakfast.
