A spacious villa uphill in the quiet countryside of Switzerland with everything a family needs. A massive garden overlooks the village with swings for children to play. The beds are so comfy that we almost fell asleep immediately. Clean everywhere. A lot of options for breakfast, even some homemade products. 3 bathrooms and toilets for the guests! One of the bathroom has a big bath tub. We only stayed 1 night so didn't have time to use it. The property has 2 floors and the land lady slept in an extended part on the ground floor. She took care of us and cleaned the table and kitchen after our dinner and breakfast. At first I felt a little awkward that the land lord was around. But she is so friendly and kind that you almost feel you are served by a caring mother and a granny of my kids. She couldn't speak English very well but still made the effort to chat with us using Google Translate. My wife and kids had been afraid of dogs for a long time due to negative experience from before, but her dog "Mo" gave us a calm and friendly feeling that my kids started to play with it the next morning. On our departure she gave us a full bag of food including home-made jams and bread to eat on our way home. What a hospitality! We feel home here and will never forget such a warm-hearted land lady!

Uelis-Stöckli-Gästezimmer auf Bauernhof mit Billiard und Alpakatrekking ligger i Meikirch i Bern (kanton), med Universitetet i Bern bare 11 kilometer unna. What a lovely farm bnb. Our family of 6 fit perfectly in “Martha” and woke up to a beautiful view of the Alps. The host was wonderful to work with and kept us well informed. There were farm animals and plenty of games which kept the kids entertained. Nice shared kitchen space. A short drive (15 mins) to Bern.

Pierre was really helpful and the apartment is incredibly well equipped. We had a super comfortable stay and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus! We went for a short hike next to the village which was beautiful. Really quiet spot but easy to access from Basel. Would love to stay again!

We loved the location, perfect for us to visit family in a nearby village, car required but absolutely stunning views. Property was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Kids loved the Duplo box and all the ride on tractors and play kitchen. Loved the extra touches with some local goodies to taste. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go again!
