I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

I have stayed in many hotels around the world- but this one takes the cake. The service was incredible, unlike anything we have experienced. The food, the room, the attention to details- all absolutely amazing.

Since 1876, Hotel Edelweiss has provided comfortable accommodation in the romantic village of Sils-Maria, just 10 minutes' drive from the famous St. Moritz. This is a nice hotel with impeccable hospitality. Excellent breakfasts in a chic hall with a great choice of dishes and service. Cleaning twice a day. Nice sweets in the evening, tea, coffee every day in the rooms. Absolute silence and comfort. A small but very nice spa with a jacuzzi and saunas. Musical evenings almost every day. Cross-country ski trails 3 minutes from the hotel. You need to go to the ski slopes by bus (the stop is next to the hotel). A wonderful village with restaurants and a delicious coffee shop. Hiking routes that start right at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and enjoying the beauty of nature!

The 5-star Waldhaus Hotel in quiet Sils-Maria, only 10 km from bustling St.Moritz, proudly overlooks the village and offers splendid views and an indoor pool. Location was a little remote but I think that was the whole idea- to be away from it all in the forest.
