L'atenció del personal és molt bona en recepció i en general. L'hotel ofereix serveis de transport fins el poble . Han set molt amables permeten-nos l'ús de la piscina l'últim dia de la nostra estada. L'esmorzar molt bo i el personal molt atent. La vista des de l'hotel és espectacular.

Un hotel molt bonic, sobretot la zona de l’ esmorsar i del jardí, amb vistes sobre el llac de Lucerna i al costat del teleferic per anar al mont Rigi🤩. El personal de recepció molt amable i et faciliten les coses i et donen la informació adequada! L’ habitació-suite, tenia unes vistes espectaculars sobre el llac i les muntanyes! Molt recomanable!
