The house only has accommodation service, it does not have a hot tub or sauna. Cabanas Kauken was an amazing little retreat to go to after trekking in Torres Del Paine. It's a little bit further out of town, but it gives you amazing views of the surrounding mountains. David really cares about his guests as he was sending weather reports almost a week prior to me arriving, arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the bus terminal and picked up our luggage from our previous hostel. He also sent instructions on how to operate the sauna and hot tub once you book the cabin. It was a great place to relax! Just don't forget to keep your PDI as David needs it to give you the tourist price (no VAT). The cabin also includes your breakfast so no need to head outside your cabin to eat in the morning! It comes stocked with bread, muffins, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal and a wide selection of teas and coffees! After seeing horses in the distance while waking up, I looked on Google maps and directly booked a half day trek with Horse Patagonia the day before! P.S. Using Uber was super convenient at the cabin. Around 3,000-4,000 CHP to get to town. Just be aware, they may take up to 20 minutes to arrive.

Our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers stayed here 2 nights while prepping for our trek in Torres Del Paine. Mauricio was so helpful getting us set up for arrival, which included arranging a transport for our large group from the airport. He answered all my questions promptly and even shared a video to make sure we could get into the house easily. He also referred us to local shops where we could buy the supplies we needed for our trip. We slept so soundly after our long flights down to Punta Arenas from the States. Really, we have only good things to say about our experience with this rental. We wholeheartedly recommend it to others!

The hotel and staff were wonderful, especially Betania at the front desk! She was absolutely lovely and made our stay extra special. We would come back to this hotel just because of her!

They were so kind to us. I made a request that they could not achieve, so they made us a very nice surprise and gift. Amazing place and staff
