Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian Inn& Tianmen National Forest Park & Free pick up service has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Thanks to Xiran's warm arrangement, the process of arriving at the hotel was very smooth. Although we arrived late, he arranged a shuttle and took us to the railway station. The hostess (Xiran) was very friendly, bought all the tickets for us to go up the mountain, and patiently told me how to play in the scenic spot. Zhang Hengsheng prepared breakfast for us, which was delicious. The room is also amazing and spotless, but the best part is the duvet on the bed-it's so comfortable! Highly recommended!

Situated in Hanqiyu in the Hunan region, with Yuanjiajie and Zixia Taoist Temple nearby, 一树一花客栈眷恋店 features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. But the best was the personal Service, there is a girl and a madam (I am bad with names) that help planning, the visit to different atraccions; such as The forest park and the grand canon. The young girl speak very good english, facilitating everything. But even the madam that speak only chinese, she is very kind and do everything to explain you what you have to do. They Aditionally help me booking tickets for the terracota warriors, letting me using the hotel chineses number (I did not have).

Located within 5.9 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 6 km of Huangshi Village, Serenity Valley - Zhangjiajie National Forest Park features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the room. The hostess was also very friendly and helpful. She offered to help us with our luggage up the steps and offered great assistance with how to get around to the tourist spots. She gave us a ride down to the South Gate and also helped us with sorting the tickets, etc. Breakfast was also very lovely at the beautiful location.

Xiao Luo and his family are friendly and serve with sincereity. He plans our trip n give valuable advice to make our visit to mountains and canyons with ease. We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

Offering garden views, Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park is an accommodation located in Zhangjiajie, 1.3 km from Zixia Taoist Temple and 2 km from Suoxiyu. The best people ever run this hotel. They helped us book tickets, plan out our schedules for our trips, picked us up from the airport, helped us do laundry, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is cute and well located near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie forest park and a 5 min walk to streets with many shops and vendors. Could not recommend this place enough for visits to Zhangjiajie forest park.

They organised everything for us. Tours, transfer to the airport. We didn’t need to worry about anything. We really enjoy our time there.

The owner went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable – from the free pick-up at the high-speed rail station to the shuttle service to the park entrance. He even helped us pre-book our park tickets, so all we had to do was scan our passports to enter. So convenient! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the simple breakfast hit the spot each morning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature with genuine kindness and care, this is your spot. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!
