Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian Inn& Tianmen National Forest Park & Free pick up service has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Thanks to Xiran's warm arrangement, the process of arriving at the hotel was very smooth. Although we arrived late, he arranged a shuttle and took us to the railway station. The hostess (Xiran) was very friendly, bought all the tickets for us to go up the mountain, and patiently told me how to play in the scenic spot. Zhang Hengsheng prepared breakfast for us, which was delicious. The room is also amazing and spotless, but the best part is the duvet on the bed-it's so comfortable! Highly recommended!

Zhangjiajie SANHE Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. We loved our stay at Hotel SANHE! The place is beautifully designed, rooms are spacious and look just like the photos. The staff were incredible and the highlight of our stay – super kind, helpful, and arranged all our tours perfectly. Communication was the easiest we had in China. Great location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park with free shuttle provided by the hotel. Would totally stay here again!

Beautiful place with amazing view, especially in the morning with a mist. The hotel was super cozy and comfortable. Clean and big. Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

Located within 5.9 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 6 km of Huangshi Village, Serenity Valley - Zhangjiajie National Forest Park features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the room. The hostess was also very friendly and helpful. She offered to help us with our luggage up the steps and offered great assistance with how to get around to the tourist spots. She gave us a ride down to the South Gate and also helped us with sorting the tickets, etc. Breakfast was also very lovely at the beautiful location.

Helpful staff. The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

We loved being in a village and so close to the park

Set in Zhangjiajie, 14 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Panorama Peaks Lodge-Free pickup-Sunrise-Close to the Middle Gate Ticket Office of the Zhangjiajie Foreset Park offers accommodation... The hotel is very close to the forest park, and we could enter directly by scanning our passports—so convenient lah! They also arranged complimentary airport pickup, which was a great help. Waking up for the sunrise here was amazing! The staff are all super friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend for a smooth and enjoyable trip!
