A special thanks to the round-the-clock staff who attended to our every need; they even helped plan our itinerary. Thanks to them, we witnessed the first snowfall of 2026 in Zhangjiajie—an absolutely breathtaking experience! The location is perfectly situated, within easy reach of all the major sights like the 72 Odd Towers, Central Square, Tianmen Mountain, and the "Avatar" Mountains. As a frequent traveler, I can say this stay stands out as one of my very best experiences.

A truly excellent hotel offering all the essential amenities: spacious and luxurious rooms, a projector, breakfast, and laundry services. Its location is ideal: just steps from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and set within a charming, cozy town. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. From day one, they were exceptionally helpful, explaining in detail all the activities in the Zhangjiajie area, creating a complete visit plan for us, and arranging tickets. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations: when we asked if they had a basketball for the nearby court, they didn’t, so they went out and bought one within minutes. Later, when we lost an item in a Didi, they immediately contacted the driver and arranged its return, sparing us significant trouble and expecting nothing in return.

They helped us to book absolutely every ticket and save some money, to plan our days and everything else we need The room and the hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable. The decoration of the room was super cute as well

Will definitely come back and recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who plans to go to Avatar Mountains.

Objekt Serenity Valley - Zhangjiajie National Forest Park u gradu 'Zhangjiajie' nudi pogled na planinu, sezonski vanjski bazen, vrt, terasu i bar. The Host Lady was really so nice. We got in near midnight and a driver was organised to pick us up, for free. Watch-out, he was waiting outside the airport, not at the arrivals doorway. The location feels remote, but it makes the view absolutely stunning and adds to the quiet peace. The Host Lady is well-practised at using a translation app, so I don't think communication is a problem. Breakfast is served in the 'restaurant' which is a separate guesthouse-type area down some stairs outside. The breakfast every morning is roughly the same. There is a fried egg, a fruit (melon one day, or orange the next), a vegetable (a corn one day, or a sweet potato the next day) a bread-type bun, and a bao-bun. AND ALSO a bowl of noodle soup with mince. It can be a lot. Our final breakfast also had rice porridge on top of all that. If you need help planning your day, the Host Lady is happy to help. She is always available on WeChat. If you book the southern entrance of the Zhangjiajie Forrest Park, she can drive you to the entrance (and pick-up) as it's only a few minutes' drive away. If you need a driver for the day for further away, they will book you a driver (you pay them directly via Weixin). We had a driver for the whole day to go to the Canyon Bridge. Our first full day, the Host Lady had a fresh home-made dinner made for us in their restaurant. It was 210 RMB, but it was very nice.

This place is amazing . Clean .modern with all the attention built . Lucas and his wife Lili are the best in all they do . I got help booking my tickets to the mountain . I got the best advice where and when to travel . The breakfast is consistent and very well prepared . A pleasure doing business with them . I 100 % guarantee for them !! You contact them in advance and will get all the info you need for a good and comfortable stay

Reception was very helpful in planning our iterinary. Location is also very strategic with lots of good eateries around. Room was also spacious and clean with amazing views of the mountains.

Objekt No.5 Valley Inn smješten je usred zelenila, na 2 km od zapadnog ulaza (pult za prodaju karata Yangjiajie) Nacionalne park-šume Zhangjiajie. We absolutely loved our stay at No.5 Valley! The hotel is right near the west gate of the park, and the staff arranged transport there and back without any hassle. They helped us plan our route through the park and even upgraded our room. The property is huge, with a heated pool that has an amazing view – it was a highlight. There’s also a tea house with a tea master on-site, and that whole experience was incredible. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Honestly, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the past year. Everything was just perfect and we’re 100% happy with our stay.

Cracking spot! The free shuttle to the park was a ripper of a service - saved us heaps of time and hassle. Rooms were tidy and the host was a legend. Cheers!
