The hotel is quite new with clean facilities and convenient location. Specially the price is great but what excel was the staff. At our arrival they were kindly guiding us on everything and even provide amazing tips for our one day Avatar mountain excursion that made our day amazing. Lucy from the front desk was specially kind and patient with us. She offered water after to us, or tea, every single time we entered the hotel and this kind of details made us sad to not stay longer. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to come to Wulingyuan. The room view was amazing!

Beautiful scenery with National Park mountains just right across. Grace was amazing and very helpful with arranging pick up from the train station and managing tickets for the park with a great explanation of the hike we can take. Everything in the room was super clean and arranged with great taste. Breakfast was tasty and with multiple options to choose from. Outside there is even a pool that we didn't have a chance to try, because of the short stay, but we will for sure next time!
