Special thanks to Yuan Yuan, who patiently helped us explain and plan our three-day itinerary for Zhangjiajie National Park and the Grand Canyon. She listened carefully to our needs and assisted us wholeheartedly. She also recommended and helped us purchase admission and activity tickets, which made our journey very smooth and saved us a lot of time and effort in planning the routes ourselves. The hotel is conveniently located close to the National Park and the Charming Xiangxi show theatre. They also provide free pick-up and drop-off services to these entrances, which is extremely helpful. They even provided one way free pick up from high speed train station to hotel. It's very useful when we visit the place in the first time. As for the room, it was very comfortable and clean. The in-room facilities are of high quality. The air conditioning works very well and maintains a comfortable temperature. The shower has strong water pressure and is easy to adjust to a pleasant temperature. We could also tell that the shampoo and conditioner provided are of good quality. The restaurant staff are friendly too and put great effort to accommodate our breakfast needs during the stay Overall, we felt very comfortable, warmly welcomed, and well taken care of during our stay. This friendly and nice little hotel is just in walking distance to the national park entrance. The manager Anthony was very friendly and helpful, he speaks very good English and helps to organize your stay and visits of the national park, the “gate to heaven” and the canyon. He also offers pick-up and transfer, e.g. from to train station etc. Rooms are nice. Another highlight is, of course, the cute and child-friendly dog Popeye. Zhangjiajie Su Xin Resort Near Tianmen Shan & Hehua airport-Free pick up is gelegen in Zhangjiajie, op 29 km van Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, en biedt accommodatie met een seizoensgebonden... We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

Waking up to breathtaking mountain vistas was a highlight, and the location offered a perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to the park. The proprietor was exceptionally kind and provided thoughtful assistance with local arrangements. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and the breakfast was a delight. It truly provided a relaxing and quintessentially English countryside-style retreat. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.
