The location was great, the hotel was very clean, felt really cozy and the area was safe. Highly recommended for a cozy stay and specially if you are having trouble in organizing your trip to Zhangjiajie.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was amazing. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. The staff even helped me when I lost a pair of headphones and went above and beyond to get it back to me. 10/10!

This friendly and nice little hotel is just in walking distance to the national park entrance. The manager Anthony was very friendly and helpful, he speaks very good English and helps to organize your stay and visits of the national park, the “gate to heaven” and the canyon. He also offers pick-up and transfer, e.g. from to train station etc. Rooms are nice. Another highlight is, of course, the cute and child-friendly dog Popeye. My stay at Zhangjiajie Serenity Valley was excellent. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great shower, an automatic toilet, a big cozy bed, and a spectacular mountain view. The jacuzzi was a great bonus. Breakfast is in Chinese style, but you can request eggs if you prefer. There are no restaurants nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant is very convenient, with fair prices and generous portions. The location is ideal: about 10 minutes by car from both the South and South-East gates of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 50–60 minutes to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon (Glass Bridge), and about 20–30 minutes to Tianmen Mountain. I also had no problems using Didi to move around. The staff can arrange tickets and help organize your visit, and they were incredibly kind and helpful with every request. A wonderful place with TRULY SWEET people. Fully recommended.

Really nice apartment with great view. The owner was more than helpful- provided lots of useful tips, drove us from the airport and made a great effort to ensure we had pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was really nice and tasty :)

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park ligger i Zhangjiajie, 20 kilometer fra Zhangjiajie nasjonale skogspark, og har en fellesstue, en terrasse og en bar. The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.

Cracking spot! The free shuttle to the park was a ripper of a service - saved us heaps of time and hassle. Rooms were tidy and the host was a legend. Cheers!
