Our two-night stay in Zhangjiajie was absolutely incredible, and it was 100% thanks to the hosts. This lovely sister and brother run establishment has a very homely, welcoming feel.From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make everything seamless they organised our entire itinerary, tickets, and transport with zero extra cost, purely out of genuine hospitality. It honestly felt like having a personal local guide without paying for a premium tour. Their instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, making every visit efficient, stress-free, and perfectly timed. We never felt lost or overwhelmed.They were also extremely responsive on WeChat, always ready to help. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well-located but the real standout is the hospitality. This was a league-apart experience that made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at every step. I cannot recommend this stay enough to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. You will not regret it, and they’ll genuinely make you want to come back again.

The room is spacious and very clean. It is always very quiet since it is not next to the roadside. The owner is very friendly, and helpful. He helps us to book all the tickets (mountian admission and musical play( with great discount. He always give us recommendations on what to do/see in the mountain. I enjoyed the local breakfast (hot soup noodles) very much. Western breakfast such as bread, eggs were available too but I ordered local breakfast everyday since it is so yummy. I highly recommend travellers to stay here. In fact, I got my friend to stay here with me (she checked out from her hotel and came over to stay ) and also recommended to a few travellers we met in other town.

Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

This is an incredibly beautiful and cozy place! The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel grounds are stunning, and the design of the property is truly impressive. It’s just a 10-minute taxi ride (Didi arrives quickly) to the East Gate of the park. The hotel serves delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. But the real gem of your stay will be the hotel hostess—she is amazing! She will arrange everything you need, offer helpful advice, and even make bookings for you if you haven’t done so yourself. We were extremely pleased with our stay at this wonderful retreat.

They help shuttle you into town (within reasonable distance), and are very helpful and forthcoming with information about ZJJ (Zhangjiajie) and the attractions nearby. Looking to come visit the esteemed Avatar mountain? Wanting to explore the Canyon of Zhangjiajie? This is a lovely home just outside of the main city of Yongding. I was even able to tour the parks ony own with the information and maps the host provided. He respectfully helped purchase and guide my itinerary as a local who knew how far away the sites were, time it takes to get there, and how much time to spend in the parks themselves. This stay is PERFECT for relaxing, enjoying peace, eating a tasty Hunan breakfast spread, and branching out. If you are looking for a stay around the area, the host and his family are genuine and truly know hospitality. Highly recommend.

Staff were very nice and accommodating - we left very early in the morning, staff came in earlier to prepare breakfast for us (despite it being before breakfast started) Gave good recommendations for food and activities, including helping with our planning for our upcoming days even though we were no longer staying with them. Restaurant next door is very good, one of the best in our entire trip

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park ligger i Zhangjiajie, 20 kilometer fra Zhangjiajie nasjonale skogspark, og har en fellesstue, en terrasse og en bar. - Everything - it's quiet, clean and comfortable. - There are delicious restaurants and e-pino bakery. Xiao Xie, the receptionist, was helping us purchasing all the attraction tickets in Zhangjiajie, he is very knowledgeable and kind. Mr Li, the boss, is also very kind. - The East Gate is less than 2km, you can walk leisurely, or take a taxi that will cost 6 yuan.

Embraced by the greenery, No.5 Valley Inn is 2 km from the west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff there were very supportive and friendly. my left knee has problem and was not able to walk on a lot of stairs. They changed lower level rooms for me and my friend. They gave us an upgraded lodge room, which has a sunroom. Mr Qing the hotel manager helped us and provided support during our 3 days stay. Drove us and picked us up at the west gate of the park. The breakfast was included in the price, it was rich has a lot varieties . I particular like the heated swimming pool, surrounded with mountains, it was indeed very beautiful scene.

The hotel is very close to the forest park, and we could enter directly by scanning our passports—so convenient lah! They also arranged complimentary airport pickup, which was a great help. Waking up for the sunrise here was amazing! The staff are all super friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend for a smooth and enjoyable trip!
