The owner was so lovely and helpful, really appreciated all her guidance to make our trip in Zhangjiajie so enjoyable. Beautiful accommodation up in the mountains. Highly recommend!

Room wise was very clean and spacious. toilet comes with bidet and warmer. there was also a jacuzzi in my room. there is a pool downstairs to swimm as well. and there is a projector to watch movies ans listen to music :)

Lucas drove us to the train station, and we manage to reach our train although we were very late!! Thank you, highly recommended.

The front desk employee was incredible, helping us to make a detailed plan for every day of our trip and buying tickets. He was considerate to all of our wishes and was incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, with a short walk from the park, and the room was huge.

Embraced by the greenery, No.5 Valley Inn is 2 km from the west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The surroundings are absolutely stunning—lush greenery, dramatic mountain backdrops, and a tranquil atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Waking up to the natural beauty of the area was one of the highlights of our stay, and the peaceful setting made it feel like a true escape from the busy world. The rooms are well-appointed, cozy, and offer a relaxing escape after a day of exploring the nearby mountains and scenic areas. The surroundings are peaceful, making it an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the hospitality of the staff—especially Mr. Rain. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The decoration and design are REALLY nice. The staff is always available to help, they even had firewirks for us to enjoy the night in the patio. Great rooms. Great bed. Great staff.
