A special thanks to the round-the-clock staff who attended to our every need; they even helped plan our itinerary. Thanks to them, we witnessed the first snowfall of 2026 in Zhangjiajie—an absolutely breathtaking experience! The location is perfectly situated, within easy reach of all the major sights like the 72 Odd Towers, Central Square, Tianmen Mountain, and the "Avatar" Mountains. As a frequent traveler, I can say this stay stands out as one of my very best experiences.

My stay at Zhangjiajie Serenity Valley was excellent. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great shower, an automatic toilet, a big cozy bed, and a spectacular mountain view. The jacuzzi was a great bonus. Breakfast is in Chinese style, but you can request eggs if you prefer. There are no restaurants nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant is very convenient, with fair prices and generous portions. The location is ideal: about 10 minutes by car from both the South and South-East gates of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 50–60 minutes to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon (Glass Bridge), and about 20–30 minutes to Tianmen Mountain. I also had no problems using Didi to move around. The staff can arrange tickets and help organize your visit, and they were incredibly kind and helpful with every request. A wonderful place with TRULY SWEET people. Fully recommended.

Yeşilliklerle iç içe olan No.5 Valley Inn, Zhangjiajie Ulusal Orman Parkı'nın batı kapısına (Yangjiajie bilet gişesi) 2 km uzaklıktadır. We went to No5 Valley Lodge to explore the Zhangjiajie National Park, and we loved every bit of it. The lodge is in a very remote area, meaning that you're not close to shops or towns, but that's exactly what we were looking for. It's 5 minutes away from the west entrance of the park, which was perfect in our opinion because we managed to escape the crowds on most of our hikes. The lodge is beautiful and the pictures don't always do it justice, especially the view from the restaurant and swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very cosy. We started in one of the rooms, that was next to the swimming pool, and as the weather was getting colder (low season), the heating system had been turned on, which meant it made quite a lot of noise. We let the staff know about this and they immediately changed our rooms and upgraded us. The staff, and particularly Frankie, is very friendly and helpful. They're very organised and will provide you with pre-defined routes of visit for the park, which is great as it's quite a confusing and large park, so you just have to follow their guidance! Finally, we loved the food there, it was of really good quality, but note it's not western. Again, that's what we wanted, so we were very happy with it.

The decoration and design are REALLY nice. The staff is always available to help, they even had firewirks for us to enjoy the night in the patio. Great rooms. Great bed. Great staff.
