A dreamlike place, with its beautiful gardens, magnificent buildings, and enchanting pavilions. Indescribable. The rooms are comfortable and completely silent. In the lobby, the guzheng is played live every afternoon, providing the perfect tone for the hotel’s perfect atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. For dinner, we tried Jin Sha, which serves traditional Chinese cuisine. Excellent food and service. It is important to note that the staff has an excellent command of English.

Located in the heart of the Binjiang CBD of Wenzhou, Shangri-La Wenzhou is adjacent to the Convention & Exhibition Centre. Overlooking the Ou River, it enjoys spectacular river and mountain views. It was just next to the Wenzhou exhibition centre which was helpful as that my main attraction for the trip

Felt more like a 5-star hotel, being honest, from the reception to the room, and the lavish buffet breakfast - everything was super comfortable, modern, and clean! The room even had a massage chair, which I loved. The receptionists were all extremely friendly and even helped me organize a carpooling trip to the Bazhiang Falls, as it's quite difficult and expensive to go on your own. They always provide you with free water and even free fruit daily.

The manager went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable, and proceeded to check in with me a few times during my stay. The hotel is extremely convenient to the Hangzhou metro. The breakfast was good and authentic Chinese.

I liked everything, the person running the hotel was so helpful. It was a long way from shops and restaurants but he took us in his car which gave him extra pocket money save calling taxi.
