Service is exceptional. They are always ready to help and very open to guests requirements. Rooms are very clean and price wise is an excellent option.

Every meal felt like a fine-dining experience, with flavors and presentation I’ve never seen before in the Amazon — absolutely extraordinary. What impressed me most was how effortlessly the hotel arranged everything: activities, private guides, transfers — all handled smoothly, allowing me to relax and truly enjoy the experience. If you’re visiting Leticia or the Amazon, Burú is without a doubt the place to stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer but I will most definitely be coming Back!
