For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

From the moment we arrived, Lucila and her family welcomed us with warmth and care that made us feel like we were part of their home. Their kindness and attentiveness are unmatched – they truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. The property itself is stunning. The rustic yet elegant design perfectly complements the natural beauty of the desert. The pools (yes, plural!) are an oasis of relaxation, and floating in the cool water while surrounded by endless desert landscapes is an experience I’ll never forget. This is the perfect spot to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. No distractions, just peace, tranquility, and the magic of the desert. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities, speaks volumes about the love and care Lucila and her family pour into this place. If you’re looking for a unique, soul-soothing getaway with a touch of magic, Estrella Casa del Angel is it. Lucila and her family have created a haven that will exceed your expectations – and that’s coming from someone who’s pretty hard to impress! Thank you, Lucila, for making our stay unforgettable. Very nice accommodation in the middle of the desert (right next to the grey desert). We really enjoyed the spot, especially the silence. Everything was perfect, clean and the food (we even got vegan options) was really tasty and had a fair price. The owners were super nice and also had transportation service. It was really amazing staying there and I can highly recommend it.

This is the place to stay in Pitalito. Hands down. Great room, great staff, super safe, and excellent breakfast.
