The dogs will bark when you arrive, but they are friendly. The location is wonderful and provides views of both the city and mountains. I was able to take a bus to see cascada la plata, and the same bus line goes the other way into the center of Ibague. When I was leaving I completely forgot that I needed cash to pay, but they were nice enough to take me into town on a motorcycle (10 mins) to go to an ATM.
