Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The rooms, the veranda with hammock, and the pool and jacuzzi are all great places to relax after a long day. Also great that you have the opportunity for dinner on the farm in case you don’t want to drive anymore. Lastly, we did an amazing quad ride organized by La Finca Lodge, which we would recommend to everyone.

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. We loved sitting in front of our accommodation with on rocking chairs with a view of the volcano. It rained a bit, but we were well entertained by the common areas, including the pool table and table tennis. Paola and Elizabeth from reception were very kind, helpful and informative.

Surrounded by 860 private acres of tropical rainforest and featuring an on-site lake, a swimming pool, a sun terrace and games room, Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails is located within the Arenal... Awesome attention, their personnel is amazing, they treat you with kindness and compassion all the time. Everything is so unique, clean and well taken care of. Observation deck in front of the restaurant is perfect and the observation tower visit early in the morning will allow you to see many animals including spider monkeys :) This property is for the ones who prefer nature, comfort and still a little bit of adventure over luxury or having an Instagram urban experience. Is down to earth and still a wonderful inmersive but delicate dive into the wild, respectful to the animals and all living creatures.

Jose and his mother made us feel really welcome in the property. The bungalow is very well designed, and the jacuzzi is just amazing. We spend three days in ultimate tranquility hanging out in the bungalow. Its a little drive from La Fortuna, but had already spent a few days there before, so that was no problem. The town close by has some good food options! Every bungalow seems to be one it's own height, so each has it's own beautiful view of the lush forest.

Our stay at Noah’s forest really exceeded our expectations. Wonderful and peaceful location, in the middle of nature and very well curated, amazing ambience even in the restaurant, surrounded by green. We felt welcomed since the first moment we arrived and until the last one when we left: a special thanks to Anna, Daniel, Alan and Jafeth who we had the pleasure to meet, who gave us tips and recommendations on activities, places to visit as well as accompany us around the hotel to show us all the amazing plants, let us taste Costa Rican fruits as well as spotting sloths. It was clean and creepy crawly free. Everyone did such a great job to keep the grounds clean and safe. They went above and beyond. Any question I had it was answered and always good recommendations.

The place is amazingly beautiful and magical. The garden, the pool, the room. The facilities are very good. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts are so nice, helped in anything we just asked for, plus they are also very knowledgeable about wild animals in the area. A great recommendation for families. Truly a unique place.
