Situated in Oberaudorf, 44 km from Golfclub Kitzbühel Schwarzsee, Hotel Keindl features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Hotel Keindl meets all of my criteria: 1) Family run, 2) CLEAN, 3) Restaurant, 4) Bier Garden, 5) In-House Butcher Shop. I was very pleased on all counts, plus my room was large and very quiet. The included Breakfast has an excellent selection including some of their own meats ! Breakfast room is large and bright with plenty of room for moving around the breakfast offerings. There was a person on duty checking me in to the breakfast and directing me where to sit. Very helpful too. Dinner was very good. The servers were attentive and orders were correct. There is a Brass Band Headquarters/Clubhouse directly across the street from the Bier Garten, very convenient and they played from around 6pm till 9pm. A very nice plus ! Laundry service was excellent and a 1 day turn-around, plus very reasonably priced. Parking was available on-site and close to an access walkway you have access to with your room passkey. Staff speak English, and were very pleasant and helpful. They keep some very good candies in the tray/dish on the Reception counter.

The Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden is a luxurious lifestyle retreat nestled in Berchtesgaden amidst the idyllic Bavarian Alps, offering breathtaking mountain views. The atmosphere around was amazing, other details remain secondarily important.

Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. The room was quiet, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The hotel is just a 10min walk from the rail service up to Zugspritze, which we could see from outside the breakfast area.

The apartments of the Salzbergalm offer a wonderful and direct view of Berchtesgaden village centre and the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps. This place is unbelievable. High above the mountains with incredible views over Berchtesgaden. The kitchenette was fully equipped, we loved preparing our meals and sitting on the balcony overlooking the alps. The sauna and spa was our highlight after a day of exploring. Highly recommended ! We will be back.
