Sascha, Aleksandra and little Mia were such gracious hosts! The villa is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and my room was very clean and comfortable. It's the perfect spot for solo travellers. I met great people at the villa who soon became travel buddies and are now friends. Giorgio was wonderful, answering any questions, making sure I had everything I needed. If you do yoga / meditation there is a beautiful sanctuary set up on the grounds where you can practice. Absolutely sublime! I had the most amazing trip and Villa Clarissa was a big part of that.

The rooms were big and the pillows were extremely comfy. A very peaceful sleep in a quiet suburb, would definitely stay again.

My family and I were completely delighted with everything, absolutely everything at Sublime Samaná Residences. The attention, kindness and taste of Mrs. Tassa was excellent at all times, not only in relation to the accommodation itself, but also in her suggestions for places to eat and visit in Las Terrenas. Honestly, a dream place to which we will return soon!

The property was lovely, colonial style with lots of flowers and a nice swimming pool. The room was big, with a nice open terrace. The staff was welcoming and they were speaking English!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in their bungalow. It contains everything you may need (fully equipped kitchen, spacious shower, comfortable bed, tables and chairs) and much more. We loved swimming in the pool and playing with their two pugs and the doberman Suzana. We also rented a motorbike from them in order to explore the area. As it was my birthday, they placed nice decorations in our room and Ananta prepared a delicious dessert. Thank you! The location is a couple minutes walk from the beachfront as well as the liveliest area of Las Terrenas with many bars, restaurants etc. Perfect for those who want to enjoy their holiday without needing a car. The whole villa is tastefully decorated giving out a very relaxing and enjoyable vibe. We definitely recommend it for any couples visiting the Samana Peninsula.

Everything. Quiet, calm location but still with easy access to the restaurants and beaches. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A beautiful swimming pool to cool off in after a hard day at the beach. I didn't want to leave.
