Incredible grounds, amazing interior. Spa services were excellent. Peaceful and relaxing. Delicious buffet breakfast and amazing selections for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Located in Riobamba, Hotel Spa CASA REAL offers 4-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. The first room we were shown had a very dirty floor and the toilet leaked. The doorman did not offer to carry any of our suitcases even though we arrived at night in the rain with 2 small children and he could see we were struggling. He was the only staff member in the whole hotel. He wasn’t happy about having to look for another room For us. The other staff the next day were equally indifferent to us.
