They had someone walk the dog and make sure it had food and water. our dog has seperation anxiety and started barking. The staff took him to the lobby to keep him company and all of them played with him while keeping other guest from being annoyed.

The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure our time there was special. A highlight was being greeted by the chef, who personally invited us to join a family activity whenever we wanted—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch! Even after we had checked out, the team continued to go the extra mile. My daughter had lost her beloved snorkeling gear, and they not only found it but also arranged to deliver it back to us. Moments like these show their genuine care and dedication to guests. We can’t recommend Hotel Oro Manta enough for their warmth, friendliness, and exceptional service. They truly make you feel like part of their family!
